Mining

Mining is one of the professions you can enjoy on Zoltyum.

Some of the items acquired on mining veins can be used to craft items.

Every mining vein can be used twice and every mining try will cost you 10 energy points.

It does have a chance of failure, consuming your 10 energy points, and leaving an unsuccessful message.

How To Mine

Getting A Pickaxe

First of all, buy a Cheap Pick on Gabel NPC.

Starting The Job

This is what a mining vein looks like:

To start mining, click on the mining vein or use your pick on it.

If your trying is successful, items will be sent straight to your backpack.

When you fully extract all the ores of a metal vein, these will turn into an empty vein.

After 5 minutes the vein will be regenerated, but there is a chance for it to respawn as a different metal vein to provide more fun and variety to the system.

Where To Mine

Now if you wanna find out where to mine, you can check them on spawns page, or if you're looking for some specific spot, you can check the mining spots.

Picks

Based on the quality of metals, certain tools will be required to mine them from metal veins. The rarer and better vein is, the higher skill and better pick is required to mine them.
